摘要: InGaAs近红外相机在有效工作波长范围内具有很高的量子效率和极小的暗电流,具有室温工作或热电制冷的特点,在小卫星遥感系统领域得到广泛应用。针对大阵列InGaAs近红外相机在遥感测绘中数据信息量大,高帧频弱小目标提取非常困难这个问题,结合相应的探测器阵列,从系统整体结构设计与硬件实现两个方面给出了InGaAs近红外相机开窗口功能的实现方案,并且在实验中验证了该功能,解决了近红外相机高帧频弱小目标提取问题,达到应用目的。Abstract: InGaAs near-infared camera has quantum effeciency and neghgibie dark current in effective working wave length range.It has the charateristics of working at room temperature and thermoelectic cooling system.In view of the large data information quantity,and high frame rate small target extract of large array InGaAs near-infared camera,combining with the corresponding detector array,a schence of opening window function is proposed based on the integer structure and hardware realization.The function is verified in experiment,and it solves the problem of high frame rate small target extract.
