    不同结构的电控双折射无刻痕光栅研究

    Study on Different Structure Electrically Controlled Double Refraction Non-Scratch Diffraction Grating

    • 摘要: 用MLC-7700-100向列相液晶制备了不同结构的电控双折射无刻痕液晶光栅。用波长为632,8 nm的He-Ne激光为光源,测量两种液晶光栅的光学衍射特性,用偏光显微镜观察不同电压下两种液晶光栅的液晶分子偏转状态和织构态改变的情况,并进行分析对比。发现双面电极条纹液晶光栅的电控衍射特性比单面电极条纹液晶光栅好。此结果对液晶器件的设计、制作、使用都具有一定的参考价值。

       

      Abstract: The preparation of different structure electrically controlled double refraction non-scratch liquid crystal diffraction grating with nematic liquid crystal MLC-7700-100 is presented.Using He-Ne laser with wavelength of 632.8 ran as a photosource, optics diffraction characteristics of two kinds of liquid crystal diffraction gratings are measured under different voltages, with the polarizing microscope,to observe the change of state of liquid crystal molecule’s deflection and the texture of the gratings.Analysis and comparison on the change of states are carried out.The results show that the diffraction characteristic of the two-sided electrode stripe liquid crystal diffraction grating is better than that of the one-sided electrode stripe liquid crystal diffraction grating.The obtained result is useful for the design and manufacturing,application of LC device.
