Abstract: The article introduces the progress in measurement methods of complex permittivity of materials,including basic theory,development process and their applications.It mainly describes the resonant method,the transmission/reflection method,and the free-space method,their advantages and disadvantages,their application conditions.The time-domain methods are also briefly introduced.
