Abstract:
A system device for integrated detection and processing is designed in this paper to address the rigid catenary bow-net wear issue in urban rail transit. The device uses the rigid busbar as a working platform and employs laser triangulation measurement technology for accurate collection of abnormal wear areas on the contact line. A contour analysis algorithm is used for wear diagnosis and identification. The device is linked with a rear-stage processing module to enable immediate grinding of the abnormal wear areas. Laboratory simulations and actual line tests show that the device can achieve a detection accuracy of ±0.1 mm at a speed of 1 km/h. It can effectively detect, analyze, and synchronously process abnormal wear such as burrs, wire draws, and burn points on the rigid contact line. This device promotes the shift from manual to automatic inspection and maintenance of the catenary, significantly improving maintenance efficiency and safety.
