Abstract: Space camera MTF is one of the important indicators for describing the imaging system spatial frequency response characteristics. In introducing the principle of space camera MTF detected by an edge method, the calculation process is analyzed. Combining TH01 satellite in-orbit testing, the MTF of TH01 high resolution camera is calculated, which shows the results are stable, and the MTF values obtained in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction have a good consistency. The experiment shows that the edge method is feasible and able to obtain a good evaluation.
