    复杂环境下高精度面源黑体可靠性影响因素探究

    Investigation on Factors Influencing the Reliability of High-Precision Surface Blackbody in Complex Environments

    • 摘要: 针对高低温复杂环境下高精度面源黑体产品可靠性无法满足使用需求, 且相较国外同类产品在极端条件下寿命更短,严重制约相关领域的应用研究需求等问题,通过面源黑体的工作原理结合黑体功能需求和结构组成, 详细分析了环境因素对黑体可靠性造成的影响及效应, 对帕尔贴进行了热应力和结构稳定性研究,最后提出了通过更换工艺优化的帕尔贴缓解热应力,稳化异层夹紧结构来提升高精度面源黑体在高低温复杂环境下可靠性。分析过程及结论对于改进高低温环境下的可靠性具有重要的参考价值。

       

      Abstract: The reliability of high-precision extended-area blackbody products in complex high-low temperature environments currently fails to meet practical application requirements. Furthermore, their operational lifespan under extreme conditions is shorter compared to similar foreign products, which severely restricts applied research in related fields. To address these issues, this study analyzes the impact and effects of environmental factors on blackbody reliability based on the working principles, functional requirements, and structural composition of extended-area blackbodies. Specific investigations are conducted on the thermal stress and structural stability of Peltier devices. Finally, measures are proposed to enhance the reliability of high-precision extended-area blackbodies in complex temperature environments, including the adoption of process-optimized Peltier devices to mitigate thermal stress and the stabilization of multi-layer clamping structures. The analysis and conclusions presented in this paper provide valuable insights for improving the reliability of such devices in extreme temperature conditions.
