Abstract: Shipborne electro-optical detection equipment has a quite important effect in modern naval battle. The development situation of shipborne electro-optical detection equipment is introduced in this paper. The internal and external reasons which affect the development of shipborne electro-optical detection technique are pointed out. The basic development rule of shipborne electro-optical detection equipment is preliminarily concluded. Future development of shipborne electro-optical detection equipment is deducted, and the development direction of relative key techniques are introduced.
