    激光二极管阵列泵浦固体激光器热设计研究

    Study on Thermal Design for Diode Array Pumped Solid-State Laser

    • 摘要: 对激光二极管阵列(Laser Diode Array,LDA)泵浦固体激光器热设计进行了研究。通过采用计算热阻的方法,根据LDA的发热功率选择热电制冷器(Thermaol Electronic Conrtoller,TEC)和相应的散热器,采用强迫风冷的方式对重复频率为25 Hz,输出单脉冲能量为80 mJ的LDA泵浦固体激光器进行了精确的温度控制。试验结果表明,在-40 ℃~55 ℃环境温度范围内,激光器性能稳定,满足技术指标要求。

       

      Abstract: The thermal design of the solid-state laser pumped by the diode array is studied in the article. By using the method of calculating thermal resistance, thermal electronic controller and corresponding heat sink have been selected according to the power of the diode array. We obtain precise temperature control of the diode array pumped solid-state laser by using forced cooling. The output energy of the Laser is 80 mJ in the repetition of 25 Hz. The results show that the laser has stable performances and meets the requirements in the ambient temperature of 40 degrees below zero to 55 degrees.
