Abstract: A solid state master oscillator amplifier（MOPA） system is developed. The system consists of a resource pumped by xenon lamp, one amplifier pumped by xenon lamps. The output energy is over 1.8 J at 20 Hz. The pulse width is about 8 ns, and the divergency angle is about 2.3 mrad and the peak power is 0.22 GW. The laser has smaller size, higher efficiency and reliability.
