Abstract: Extinction ratio of laser crystal is one of the important targets to measure capability o laser crystal.A new measuring method is studied for improving the measuring precision and the using life-span of testing instrument.The modulating sign of 2 KHZ is put out by using semiconductor laser.We can reduce the interference and improve the reliability and stability of the measure.
