Structural Design of Miniature Optical Fiber Spectrometer

The spectrometer is a basic equipment used for analyzing the structures and compositions of substances. The structural design of a miniature optical fiber spectrometer with the symmetrical Czerny-Turner layout is introduced in detail in this paper. The spectrometer has a compact structure without an active mechanism and can be assembled and used easily. The test results of the spectrometer's optical performances are also given. The instrumental ground test and the environmental tests show that the spectrometer has high stability and satisfies the requirements of design.
