Multiwavelength Coherent Diffractive Imaging Based on High Harmonic Generation Source

    • This study introduces a novel high-order harmonic coherent diffraction imaging system. It focuses on boosting the high-order harmonic light source brightness and integrating a multi-wavelength coherent diffraction imaging algorithm. The aim is to overcome the low photon flux bottleneck in current tech. By upping the source brightness to increase available photons and using a multi-wavelength algorithm, the system achieves over four times higher photon efficiency. It covers a 100 μm×100 μm field of view and attains ~400 nm resolution. The simple yet efficient design uses one toroidal mirror for focusing and spatial filtering at the focus to maintain spatial coherence. This innovation addresses low photon flux challenges and enhances high-order harmonic light sources for practical imaging.
